Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

What does this bundle include?

Two units: the Beatbot AquaSense 2 (a full floor, wall, and waterline cleaner) and the Beatbot iSkim Ultra (a surface skimmer that floats and removes debris before it sinks). Both ship in their original packaging with all standard accessories: each unit includes its charging dock, AC adapter, filter basket, retrieval handle, and quick-start guide.

Why buy both instead of just one?

The two units cover different domains. The iSkim catches floating debris (leaves, pollen, oils) at the waterline before it sinks. The AquaSense 2 cleans the floor, walls, and waterline. Will the AquaSense 2 climb out of the pool by itself?

No. The AquaSense 2 operates submerged and parks at the wall when the cycle finishes. Use the included retrieval handle to lift it out. The iSkim floats at the surface and parks against the wall when its cycle ends. Both require manual removal.

What can each unit clean?

The AquaSense 2 cleans the pool floor, walls, and waterline. It picks up leaves, sand, silt, pollen, insect debris, and most algae. The iSkim cleans only the surface, removing floating debris before it sinks. Together they cover every surface of the pool.

Can both units run at the same time?

Yes. The AquaSense 2 runs submerged on the floor and walls. The iSkim floats at the surface. They do not collide and do not interfere with each other. Many owners run both simultaneously for full-coverage cleaning before pool parties or after storms.

Is the bundle covered by the same warranty as the individual units?

Yes. Each unit retains its standard Beatbot warranty: 36 months on the AquaSense 2 main body and 3 months on consumables (filter basket, brushes), 24 months on the iSkim Ultra. Warranty registration is automatic with proof of purchase. Service is handled through RoboticsSelect as the authorized Beatbot dealer.

Are both compatible with vinyl, fiberglass, gunite, and concrete pools?

Yes. Both units are pool-surface safe across all common residential finishes. The AquaSense 2 uses soft tracks and brushes designed for vinyl, tile, plaster, and pebble. The iSkim has soft bumpers and never contacts the pool floor.

Do I need to use the Beatbot app?

App use is optional but recommended. Both units offer scheduling, status monitoring, and firmware updates through the app. The AquaSense 2 also supports custom cleaning modes via the app. Manual one-touch operation is available on both. Both units use the same Beatbot app, available free on iOS App Store and Google Play.

How often do the filter baskets need to be cleaned?

Rinse the AquaSense 2 filter basket after every cleaning cycle. Empty the iSkim debris basket every 1 to 3 days during heavy debris seasons, every 5 to 7 days in light periods. Both baskets are top-loading and rinse clean in seconds.

What is the warranty, and where do I get service?

Each unit has its own warranty: AquaSense 2 main body 36 months, consumables 3 months; iSkim Ultra 24 months. RoboticsSelect is the authorized Beatbot dealer and handles all warranty claims directly.
