Rates from 0% APR or 10–36% APR depending on your purchase amount and eligibility. For example, an $800 purchase could be split into 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks. Your installment terms will be presented at checkout so you know exactly what you'll pay before you commit.
The approval process is fast and real-time. Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm, asks you for a few pieces of information and provides a decision in seconds. There is no hard credit pull — checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score.
You don't need a credit card to get started. For 0% APR orders, both debit and credit cards are accepted through Shop Pay. For interest-bearing orders, you can pay using a debit card.
You'll never be surprised by hidden or late fees. There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment. You'll receive an email reminder before each upcoming payment to keep you in the know.

To use Shop Pay Installments, you must:

Have a United States billing address.
Have a U.S. mobile phone number that can receive SMS.
Be subject to an eligibility check by Affirm (this is a soft check and does not impact your credit score).

How Does Shop Pay Installments Work?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Choose Shop Pay as your payment method.
Select the option to pay in installments and enter a few details for a quick eligibility check.
You'll receive a real-time decision on your eligibility within seconds — no hard credit pull.
Review your installment terms and confirm your purchase.

After your purchase, your first payment is due at checkout or within 2 weeks. The remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. You'll get an email reminder before each payment.

Other Payment Methods

In addition to Shop Pay Installments, RoboticsSelect also accepts PayPal (including Pay Later options), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for one-time, full-amount payments at checkout.

If you prefer to pay over time through PayPal, you can choose the PayPal Pay Later option at checkout to split eligible purchases into interest-free installments. PayPal Pay Later is subject to approval by PayPal.

FAQ's

Does applying for Shop Pay Installments affect my credit score?

No. Checking your eligibility for Shop Pay Installments involves a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score. Affirm will not report installment loans to credit bureaus.

Are there any late fees if I miss a payment?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment. However, partial or late payments may affect your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed payment, you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

Why was I denied financing?

Eligibility for Shop Pay Installments is managed entirely by Affirm. RoboticsSelect does not have information regarding financing denials. Affirm evaluates multiple factors beyond just your credit score, so not all applicants may qualify. You should receive an email from Affirm with more details about the decision. You're always welcome to complete your purchase using any of our other payment methods.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?

Shop Pay Installments is currently only available to customers with a United States billing address and a U.S. mobile phone number. International customers can still make purchases using any of our other accepted payment methods.

What happens if I return an item purchased with installments?

To request a refund, contact us using our return policy. After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days and your remaining balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your outstanding balance, you can expect fewer payments or a smaller final payment. If your refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference is returned to your original payment method.
