Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

What does the extended warranty cover?

Extends the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty to 24 months on the original AquaSense, AquaSense Pro, and AquaSense 2 (non-Pro and non-Ultra variants). Covers motors, electronics, and the chassis. Does not cover wear items (filter baskets, brushes, battery cells) or damage from misuse.

When do I need to purchase it?

Within 30 days of the original product purchase. After that the option is no longer available because the underwriter requires immediate registration of the extended coverage. RoboticsSelect cannot retroactively add extended warranty after the 30-day window.

Is it transferable to a new owner?

Yes if you sell the cleaner privately within the warranty period. The new owner contacts RoboticsSelect with the original purchase receipt and serial number to register the transfer. Transfer is one-time only; the warranty cannot be transferred a second time.

Does the warranty cover battery replacement?

Battery cells are warranted for 6 months from original purchase, regardless of whether the extended warranty is purchased. The extended warranty does not extend battery coverage. Battery replacement after 6 months is at the customer's cost. Replacement batteries are sold separately.

How does a warranty claim work?

Email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375 with your purchase receipt and a description of the issue. RoboticsSelect issues a return authorization, you ship the unit at our cost, the authorized service team repairs or replaces, and we ship back at our cost. Typical turnaround is 14 to 21 days.
