Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Custom and made-to-order products are put into production for your specific order, so all sales are final on those items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Standard curbside delivery is always completely free. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days once shipped (estimated delivery 6-13 business days). All shipping times are estimates and can vary by brand, especially for made-to-order items.

Orders ship fully tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we email your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If tracking hasn't arrived within six business days of ordering, contact support@roboticsselect.com.

Upgraded delivery options are also available: Threshold Shipping brings the item onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery brings it into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removes all packaging.

We do not ship outside the USA, with limited exceptions — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we can deliver to it.

How does the C650 differ from the M750?

The C650 is the controller (C) in Elephant's myArm teleoperation pair and the M750 is the execution arm (M). Both are 6+1 DOF. The C650 has a 25.6-inch (650 mm) horizontal reach, weighs about 4 lb (1.8 kg), carries no payload and ends in a fingertip controller with two smart buttons; you move it by hand and it outputs endpoint coordinates or joint angles at 50 Hz. The M750 has a 29.5-inch (750 mm) reach, a 500 g rated payload and an included parallel gripper. Both share the same SDK and software ecosystem. Choose the C650 to teleoperate or record demonstrations for an M750, myCobot Pro 630 or Mercury X1; choose the M750 as the arm that carries out the work.

Is the C650 suitable for ROS-based learning?

Yes. ROS 1 (Kinetic, Melodic and Noetic) and ROS 2 (Foxy) are documented, with MoveIt motion-planning and RViz visualization packages. Its price makes it practical for a class to have one controller per student or per pair.

Does it come with a gripper or end-effector?

No gripper. The C650 ends in a fingertip controller with two smart buttons and a 5 x 5 LED matrix, which you use to command the gripper on the follower arm (the M750 ships with a 1-DOF parallel gripper). The end-effector ecosystem belongs to the execution arm, not the controller.

What is the payload?

None is rated. The C650 is not a payload-bearing arm; it is a teleoperation controller and motion data collector that you move by hand. For tasks that need a payload, pair it with the myArm M750 execution arm (500 g rated, 1 kg peak), which handles small electronic components, light fasteners, paper cups, and most educational manipulation objects.

How is repeatability and accuracy?

Elephant rates the C650 at plus or minus 1 mm (0.04 inches) repeatability and 5 to 8 mm (0.2 to 0.3 inches) absolute accuracy, which is what matters for capturing motion consistently. Final positioning in a teleoperation setup depends on the follower arm; the M750 is also rated at plus or minus 1 mm repeatability. For higher accuracy, end-of-arm vision feedback (visual servoing) on the follower arm brings final positioning to camera-pixel resolution.

Does it work with NVIDIA Isaac Sim?

Not officially. Elephant Robotics publishes Python and ROS (ROS 1 and ROS 2) support with MoveIt and RViz packages, not Isaac Sim, MuJoCo or PyBullet model files. Because the C650 streams joint angles and endpoint coordinates at 50 Hz through the Python SDK, it can drive a simulated arm in any simulator through a small bridge script, which is a common way to collect demonstrations for policy training.

Is the C650 safe for classroom use?

Yes with normal supervision. The C650 is a hand-guided controller rather than a powered payload arm: you move it by hand and it streams joint angles to the robot it controls. The safety focus is the follower arm: keep hands, loose clothing and hair away from the follower arm's joints and gripper, keep the emergency stop within reach when starting new programs, and supervise younger students directly.

Can students do their own kinematics work or is it pre-programmed?

Both are options. The Python SDK reads joint angles and endpoint coordinates from the C650, so students can forward them to a follower arm with pre-built functions for quick demonstrations, or work from the raw joint data to implement their own forward and inverse kinematics. Elephant positions the C650 as a teaching tool for validating robot kinematics algorithms.
