Price Match Guarantee

At RoboticsSelect, you should never have to choose between the right product and the right price. We match competitor pricing on every product in our catalog, and for orders over $2,000, we will beat the lowest verified price by $50.

To request a price match, send a screenshot or link to support@roboticsselect.com showing the lower price at any authorized online retailer. We respond within one business day.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized dealer, the product must be in stock on their site, and the comparison includes shipping but excludes sales tax. Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and one-day holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the C650 differ from the M750?

The C650 has 6 degrees of freedom (versus 7 on the M750), shorter reach at approximately 250 mm (9.8 inches), and lower-cost mechanics. Both share the same SDK and software ecosystem. Choose the C650 for teaching environments where a standard 6-DoF kinematics curriculum is more relevant. Choose the M750 for research that needs the redundant 7th joint for elbow positioning.

Is the C650 suitable for ROS-based learning?

Yes. ROS 1 Noetic and ROS 2 Humble are both supported. URDF files are provided for MoveIt motion-planning experiments and for Gazebo simulation. The arm is widely used in undergraduate ROS courses because the cost-per-unit allows a class to have one arm per student or per pair.

Does it come with a gripper or end-effector?

Yes, a parallel-jaw gripper is included in the base package. The same end-effector ecosystem as the M750 is supported (soft gripper, suction, custom 3D-printed tools). End-effector mounting is a standardized 4-pin connector and 4-bolt pattern.

What is the payload?

200 g rated payload at full extension. This covers small electronic components, light fasteners, candy, paper cups, and most educational manipulation objects. For heavier or more demanding tasks, step up to the myCobot Pro 600 or industrial arms.

How is repeatability and accuracy?

Approximately 0.5 mm (0.02 inches) repeatability under rated payload at moderate speed. Absolute accuracy depends on calibration; the factory-calibrated arm is typically within 1 to 2 mm (0.079 inches) of commanded Cartesian positions. For higher accuracy, end-of-arm vision feedback (visual servoing) brings final positioning to camera-pixel resolution.

Does it work with NVIDIA Isaac Sim?

Yes. URDF and MJCF files are provided for Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, and PyBullet. Sample reinforcement-learning training scripts are published on Elephant Robotics' GitHub. Sim-to-real transfer of grasping policies works reasonably well because the joint dynamics are simple.

Is the C650 safe for classroom use?

Yes with normal supervision. Joint torque is limited in firmware to prevent injury at full speed. The arm cannot apply enough force to break a finger but can pinch with the gripper. Standard classroom safety: keep loose clothing and hair away from joints, use the emergency stop button when starting new programs, and supervise younger students directly.

Can students do their own kinematics work or is it pre-programmed?

Both are options. Pre-built primitive functions (move_to, grasp, release) are available for quick demonstrations. Lower-level joint control through the SDK allows students to implement their own forward and inverse kinematics. Course materials from several universities are published online for instructors who want a starting point.

What warranty applies?

12-month manufacturer warranty on the arm and controller. End-effectors warranted 6 months. RoboticsSelect handles warranty service as the authorized dealer.
