Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Custom and made-to-order products are put into production for your specific order, so all sales are final on those items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Standard curbside delivery is always completely free. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days once shipped (estimated delivery 6-13 business days). All shipping times are estimates and can vary by brand, especially for made-to-order items.

Orders ship fully tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we email your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If tracking hasn't arrived within six business days of ordering, contact support@roboticsselect.com.

Upgraded delivery options are also available: Threshold Shipping brings the item onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery brings it into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removes all packaging.

We do not ship outside the USA, with limited exceptions — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we can deliver to it.

What does the myController S570 do?

It is a wearable dual-arm exoskeleton controller. The operator puts on a vest, fixes the exoskeleton onto it, and the controller's 4096-count magnetic encoders track the operator's arm motions in real time at up to 100 Hz. Those motions are streamed to a paired robot (typically a myArm M750, myCobot or myBuddy) which mirrors the human movements. It is a teleoperation device for training imitation-learning policies and for direct teleoperation.

Which arms does it pair with?

Officially supported pairings include the myCobot 280 and 320, myCobot Pro 630, mechArm 270, myArm M750, myBuddy 280, myAGV, the Mercury humanoid, and Universal Robots arms. ROS 1 and ROS 2 publishers expose the joint angles, so any robot that subscribes to ROS joint_state topics can theoretically follow the operator. The controller samples and transmits joint data at up to 100 Hz.

Does it work for collecting imitation-learning data?

Yes, this is one of its primary use cases. The S570 records joint trajectories during demonstrations which can then train policies via behavioral cloning, diffusion policies, or other imitation-learning methods. The number of demonstrations needed depends on the task and the learning method. Combined with a wrist-mounted camera, this is the standard pipeline for vision-language-action models on small arms.

How does it fit different operators?

The exoskeleton fixes onto a wearable vest. Each arm section has a 22.4-inch (570 mm) reach and weighs under 1.8 lb (800 g), for a total of 3.3 lb (1.5 kg), so most adults can wear it comfortably. Elephant Robotics does not publish a sizing range; contact us if you have specific operator-size requirements.

Is it wired or wireless?

Both. It connects over a USB Type-C cable, or wirelessly over Wi-Fi (WLAN) or Bluetooth from its ESP32 controllers; only one wireless service runs at a time. It ships with an 8.4 V, 2 A power adapter. Elephant Robotics does not publish wireless range, battery runtime or charging figures, so contact us if untethered runtime matters for your setup.

Can it be used by children?

Elephant Robotics does not publish an age recommendation. The exoskeleton weighs 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) and its 22.4-inch (570 mm) arm sections are sized for adult arms, so smaller operators may not fill the arm sections well enough for accurate tracking; older students can use it with normal supervision. The exoskeleton itself is not active (no motors that can move on their own); it is a passive sensor that tracks the wearer's motion.
