Price Match Guarantee

We match the lowest online price on the products we sell — and if you find a lower price on a product listed over $2,000, we will beat it by $50. Purchase from our store first, then send proof of the lower price (a screenshot, invoice, or email) to support@roboticsselect.com and we will refund the difference.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product with the item in stock on their website, must be online-only (no retail location), and cannot be a discounter or auction site such as eBay or Overstock. The comparison includes the item price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.

Rebates, buy-one-get-one offers, and special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday are not eligible. Certain exceptions may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Custom and made-to-order products are put into production for your specific order, so all sales are final on those items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard curbside delivery is always completely free. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days once shipped (estimated delivery 6-13 business days). All shipping times are estimates and can vary by brand, especially for made-to-order items.

Orders ship fully tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we email your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If tracking hasn't arrived within six business days of ordering, contact support@roboticsselect.com.

Upgraded delivery options are also available: Threshold Shipping brings the item onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery brings it into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removes all packaging.

We do not ship outside the USA, with limited exceptions — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we can deliver to it.

Financing Options

Split your purchase into 4 equal, biweekly payments at 0% APR with Shop Pay Installments — no hidden fees and no late fees. For larger orders, monthly installment plans may also be available, with rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR depending on your purchase amount and eligibility.

Approval is fast and real-time: Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm and gives you a decision in seconds at checkout. Checking your eligibility is a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and while there are no late fees, partial or late payments may affect your eligibility to use the program in the future.

To qualify, you need a United States billing address and a U.S. mobile phone number that can receive SMS. Prefer PayPal? Choose PayPal Pay Later at checkout to split eligible purchases into interest-free installments (subject to PayPal approval).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Lynx M20 Pro and the Lite3?

The Lynx M20 Pro is a larger, wheel-legged platform built for industrial inspection. It carries a 15 kg (33 lb) effective payload, up to 50 kg (110 lb) maximum, versus the Lite3's 5 kg continuous load; it has all-weather IP66 sealing, where the Lite3 carries no official IP rating; and it runs up to 3 hours unloaded or 2.5 hours under load per battery, versus roughly 2 hours on the Lite3. It includes factory-installed dual LiDAR and cameras. It is positioned for outdoor utility, power and energy, and large-facility inspection rather than indoor research.

What sensors come pre-installed on the M20 Pro?

Two 96-line LiDAR units providing a 360 degree by 90 degree field of view (approximately 860,000 points per second) and two wide-angle cameras, along with an IMU. The combination supports outdoor SLAM, autonomous patrol, and omnidirectional obstacle avoidance on inspection routes.

Can it navigate autonomously without a pre-built map?

Yes. The Pro includes the Deep Robotics autonomous navigation stack, which uses lidar SLAM to build a map online while patrolling. You define a patrol perimeter by walking the robot around it once in teach mode. After that, the robot navigates the perimeter autonomously and returns to a charging dock when battery drops below threshold.

Is it suitable for outdoor industrial inspection?

Yes. The IP66 rating makes it dust-tight and protects against powerful water jets, so it operates reliably in heavy rain and dust. Operating temperature range is -20 C (-4 F) to 55 C (131 F). IP66 does not cover submersion, so avoid standing water deep enough to immerse the chassis. Common deployments include substation inspection, pipeline patrols, and warehouse perimeter security.

What is the maximum walking speed and stair capability?

Maximum operating speed is 2 m/s, with a lab-tested maximum of 5 m/s. Continuous stair height is rated up to 25 cm (9.8 inches), with single-step obstacle clearance up to 80 cm (31.5 inches). Slope climbing is supported up to 45 degrees. The wider stance and heavier mass compared to the Lite3 give the M20 Pro better stability on uneven terrain but reduce agility in tight spaces.

How does charging work for autonomous patrols?

An optional autonomous charging dock lets the robot return when battery is low, dock itself, charge for approximately 1 hour, and resume patrol. The dock requires line-of-sight from the patrol path or a fiducial marker for visual approach. Without the dock, batteries are hot-swappable at a depot. Two-battery rotation gives 8 hours of continuous coverage.

What payload accessories are available?

A robotic arm mount kit (for Elephant Robotics or WidowX arms), a thermal-imaging camera kit, a gas-detection sensor pod, a high-resolution PTZ camera mount, and a custom 19-inch rack mount for telecom inspection are all available. An effective payload of 15 kg (33 lb), up to 50 kg (110 lb) maximum, covers most inspection sensor combinations with margin.

Does it integrate with SCADA or industrial monitoring systems?

Yes through standard protocols. MQTT, OPC UA, and Modbus over TCP are supported through the SDK. Inspection data (images, lidar point clouds, sensor readings) can be pushed to historian systems in real time. Pre-built connectors for AWS IoT and Azure IoT Hub are included. Custom integrations require Python or C++ on the onboard Jetson.

What programming and simulation support is available?

ROS 2 Humble is the primary control interface. URDF and MJCF files are provided for Gazebo, Isaac Sim, and MuJoCo. Reinforcement-learning training environments are published on Deep Robotics' GitHub. The same SDK that controls the Lite3 controls the M20 Pro, so code portability between platforms is high.

What is the warranty and lead time?

12-month manufacturer warranty with 24-month extended warranty available. Lead time from order to dispatch is typically 4 to 6 weeks because the M20 Pro is a build-to-order industrial platform. RoboticsSelect coordinates the order with Deep Robotics directly. Expedited builds are sometimes available; contact us to ask.
