Price Match Guarantee

At RoboticsSelect, you should never have to choose between the right product and the right price. We match competitor pricing on every product in our catalog, and for orders over $2,000, we will beat the lowest verified price by $50.

To request a price match, send a screenshot or link to support@roboticsselect.com showing the lower price at any authorized online retailer. We respond within one business day.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized dealer, the product must be in stock on their site, and the comparison includes shipping but excludes sales tax. Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and one-day holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Lynx M20 Pro and the Lite3?

The Lynx M20 Pro is a larger, heavier-payload platform built for industrial inspection. It carries 20 kg (44 lb) payload (versus 7.5 kg (17 lb) on the Lite3), has all-weather IP66 sealing (versus IP54), runs 4 hours per battery (versus 2), and includes factory-installed lidar plus cameras on the Pro variant. It is positioned for outdoor utility, oil and gas, and large-facility inspection rather than indoor research.

What sensors come pre-installed on the M20 Pro?

A 360-degree Livox Mid-360 lidar mounted on the back deck, two stereo depth cameras (front and rear), a thermal camera (optional), an IMU, and a GNSS receiver. The combination supports outdoor SLAM, autonomous patrol along GPS waypoints, and thermal-anomaly detection on inspection routes.

Can it navigate autonomously without a pre-built map?

Yes. The Pro includes the Deep Robotics autonomous navigation stack, which uses lidar SLAM to build a map online while patrolling. You define a patrol perimeter by walking the robot around it once in teach mode. After that, the robot navigates the perimeter autonomously and returns to a charging dock when battery drops below threshold.

Is it suitable for outdoor industrial inspection?

Yes. IP66 rating protects against heavy rain and dust. Operating temperature range is -20 C (-4 F) to 55 C (131 F). The chassis tolerates short submersion in shallow water (up to 30 cm (11.8 inches) for short crossings). Common deployments include substation inspection, pipeline patrols, and warehouse perimeter security.

What is the maximum walking speed and stair capability?

Top speed is 3.5 m/s on flat ground. Stair climbing is rated for steps up to 25 cm (9.8 inches) with at least 25 cm (9.8 inches) tread. Slope climbing is supported up to 35 degrees. The wider stance and heavier mass compared to the Lite3 give the M20 Pro better stability on uneven terrain but reduce agility in tight spaces.

How does charging work for autonomous patrols?

An optional autonomous charging dock lets the robot return when battery is low, dock itself, charge for approximately 1 hour, and resume patrol. The dock requires line-of-sight from the patrol path or a fiducial marker for visual approach. Without the dock, batteries are hot-swappable at a depot. Two-battery rotation gives 8 hours of continuous coverage.

What payload accessories are available?

A robotic arm mount kit (for Elephant Robotics or WidowX arms), a thermal-imaging camera kit, a gas-detection sensor pod, a high-resolution PTZ camera mount, and a custom 19-inch rack mount for telecom inspection are all available. Rated payload of 20 kg (44 lb) covers most inspection sensor combinations with margin.

Does it integrate with SCADA or industrial monitoring systems?

Yes through standard protocols. MQTT, OPC UA, and Modbus over TCP are supported through the SDK. Inspection data (images, lidar point clouds, sensor readings) can be pushed to historian systems in real time. Pre-built connectors for AWS IoT and Azure IoT Hub are included. Custom integrations require Python or C++ on the onboard Jetson.

What programming and simulation support is available?

ROS 2 Humble is the primary control interface. URDF and MJCF files are provided for Gazebo, Isaac Sim, and MuJoCo. Reinforcement-learning training environments are published on Deep Robotics' GitHub. The same SDK that controls the Lite3 controls the M20 Pro, so code portability between platforms is high.

What is the warranty and lead time?

12-month manufacturer warranty with 24-month extended warranty available. Lead time from order to dispatch is typically 4 to 6 weeks because the M20 Pro is a build-to-order industrial platform. RoboticsSelect coordinates the order with Deep Robotics directly. Expedited builds are sometimes available; contact us to ask.
