Expect roughly 30 percent less time to complete a full cycle on the same pool, with better edge coverage. Same physical chassis, same brushes, same battery system.

An onboard wide-angle camera looks for pool features (corners, walls, floor seams, waterline tile transitions). The image stream feeds into an AI model that estimates the cleaner's position in the pool and decides where to go next. Compared to bump-and-turn random patterns, this means the cleaner does not retread the same areas repeatedly and does not skip corners. Vision works in clear water; heavy cloudiness reduces accuracy until the water clears.

Yes. The C2 Vision is rated for floor, walls, and the waterline. It uses suction to climb the wall, then traverses the waterline horizontally to scrub the tile band where oils, sunscreen, and surface scum collect. Waterline coverage runs every 2 to 3 cleaning cycles by default; you can also trigger a waterline-only cycle from the WYBOT app for faster touch-ups.

The C2 Vision is rated for residential pools up to about 1,600 square feet (150 m²) (roughly 12,000 to 14,000 gallons (53,000 liters)) on a single charge. Pools up to 2,000 square feet (190 m²) are workable but may need a top-up charge between cycles. For pools over 2,000 square feet (190 m²), step up to the M2 Vision Tech which has a larger battery and stronger motor.

Standard floor + walls cycle: 90 to 110 minutes. Floor only: 60 to 75 minutes. Adding waterline: extends the cycle by 20 to 30 minutes. Battery runtime is up to 110 minutes per charge. After the cycle ends the cleaner parks at a wall for retrieval.

The app is optional for basic use. Press the power button on the unit and it will start a default floor + walls cycle. The app adds: scheduling (run twice a week automatically), cleaning-mode selection (floor only, walls only, waterline only, full cycle), real-time progress and battery status, firmware updates, and a coverage map showing where the cleaner has been. The app supports iOS 13+ and Android 8+.

Vinyl, fiberglass, tile, gunite, plaster, and pebble are all rated as compatible. The drive system uses soft rubber tracks that will not scratch or score these surfaces. Avoid use on freshly plastered pools for the first 30 days while the plaster cures, since uncured plaster sheds dust that can clog filters and the surface itself is soft enough to scuff.

Lift the cleaner out by the float line, flip the top latch, and pull out the filter basket. Rinse it under a garden hose for about 60 seconds. The basket is a top-loading mesh design with no tools required. Heavy debris loads (post-storm, pollen season) need mid-cycle emptying. Replace the basket every 12 to 18 months of regular use.

The C2 Vision uses obstacle-detection logic combined with vision-based escape behavior. When stuck, it reverses direction, turns, and re-routes. Persistent obstructions trigger an alert in the app and the unit pauses. Common causes are pool toys, oversized drain covers, or tight irregular corners. Removing loose objects from the pool before each cycle minimizes stalls.
