Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

How is the C2 Vision different from the standard C2?

The C2 Vision adds a forward-facing camera and AI-driven path planning to the standard C2 platform. The base C2 uses smart-path mapping with sensors only; the C2 Vision uses computer vision to identify the pool floor, walls, and waterline, then plots a more efficient cleaning route. Expect roughly 30 percent less time to complete a full cycle on the same pool, with better edge coverage. Same physical chassis, same brushes, same battery system.

What does 'vision-based' navigation actually do?

An onboard wide-angle camera looks for pool features (corners, walls, floor seams, waterline tile transitions). The image stream feeds into an AI model that estimates the cleaner's position in the pool and decides where to go next. Compared to bump-and-turn random patterns, this means the cleaner does not retread the same areas repeatedly and does not skip corners. Vision works in clear water; heavy cloudiness reduces accuracy until the water clears.

Will it clean the waterline tile?

Yes. The C2 Vision is rated for floor, walls, and the waterline. It uses suction to climb the wall, then traverses the waterline horizontally to scrub the tile band where oils, sunscreen, and surface scum collect. Waterline coverage runs every 2 to 3 cleaning cycles by default; you can also trigger a waterline-only cycle from the WYBOT app for faster touch-ups.

How big a pool can it handle in one cycle?

The C2 Vision is rated for residential pools up to about 1,600 square feet (150 m²) (roughly 12,000 to 14,000 gallons (53,000 liters)) on a single charge. Pools up to 2,000 square feet (190 m²) are workable but may need a top-up charge between cycles. For pools over 2,000 square feet (190 m²), step up to the M2 Vision Tech which has a larger battery and stronger motor.

How long does a full cleaning cycle take?

Standard floor + walls cycle: 90 to 110 minutes. Floor only: 60 to 75 minutes. Adding waterline: extends the cycle by 20 to 30 minutes. Battery runtime is up to 110 minutes per charge. After the cycle ends the cleaner parks at a wall for retrieval.

What is the WYBOT app required for?

The app is optional for basic use. Press the power button on the unit and it will start a default floor + walls cycle. The app adds: scheduling (run twice a week automatically), cleaning-mode selection (floor only, walls only, waterline only, full cycle), real-time progress and battery status, firmware updates, and a coverage map showing where the cleaner has been. The app supports iOS 13+ and Android 8+.

What surfaces is it safe on?

Vinyl, fiberglass, tile, gunite, plaster, and pebble are all rated as compatible. The drive system uses soft rubber tracks that will not scratch or score these surfaces. Avoid use on freshly plastered pools for the first 30 days while the plaster cures, since uncured plaster sheds dust that can clog filters and the surface itself is soft enough to scuff.

How do I clean the filter?

Lift the cleaner out by the float line, flip the top latch, and pull out the filter basket. Rinse it under a garden hose for about 60 seconds. The basket is a top-loading mesh design with no tools required. Heavy debris loads (post-storm, pollen season) need mid-cycle emptying. Replace the basket every 12 to 18 months of regular use.

Does it work in saltwater pools?

Yes. The C2 Vision is rated for chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pools at standard residential salinity (2,500 to 4,500 ppm). Salt does not damage the unit during normal operation. Always rinse with fresh water after each cycle to prevent salt deposits on the seals and external sensors.

How long does it take to charge?

A full charge from empty takes 4 to 5 hours using the included AC adapter. The unit automatically stops charging when full to protect the battery. Charge at room temperature on a dry surface; avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 95F (35 C) to extend battery life.

What if it gets stuck on a drain or ladder?

The C2 Vision uses obstacle-detection logic combined with vision-based escape behavior. When stuck, it reverses direction, turns, and re-routes. Persistent obstructions trigger an alert in the app and the unit pauses. Common causes are pool toys, oversized drain covers, or tight irregular corners. Removing loose objects from the pool before each cycle minimizes stalls.

What is the warranty?

WYBOT covers the C2 Vision under their 24-month limited warranty: motor, pump, internal electronics, charging system, and battery are all covered for manufacturing defects.
