Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Custom and made-to-order products are put into production for your specific order, so all sales are final on those items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Standard curbside delivery is always completely free. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days once shipped (estimated delivery 6-13 business days). All shipping times are estimates and can vary by brand, especially for made-to-order items.

Orders ship fully tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we email your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If tracking hasn't arrived within six business days of ordering, contact support@roboticsselect.com.

Upgraded delivery options are also available: Threshold Shipping brings the item onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery brings it into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removes all packaging.

We do not ship outside the USA, with limited exceptions — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we can deliver to it.

What makes the WYBOT S3 different from other robotic pool cleaners?

The S3 closes the whole maintenance loop. It maps your pool in 3D on the first run, plans efficient paths every cycle, and when it is low on battery or finished, it returns to its dock, recharges, and empties its debris into a shore-based bin on its own. WYBOT rates hands-on maintenance at roughly once a month.

How does the self-emptying dock work?

When a cycle completes or the battery runs low, the S3 docks itself and transfers collected debris into an extra-large 10 liter self-sanitising shore bin with built-in filtration. You empty the shore bin on your schedule instead of rinsing the robot after every cycle.

What does AI Vision mode do?

An onboard camera with intelligent vision algorithms reads the pool and concentrates cleaning where debris actually is. AI Vision mode applies to floor cleaning and uses the S3's 3D map to optimize its route.

Can I control it remotely?

Yes. The WYBOT app shows the cleaner's position in real time, lets you direct it to focus on specific areas, sets weekly schedules, and sends live progress updates.

How does it charge?

The dock supports dual power: solar and DC. In sunny placements the system keeps itself topped up from the sun, with DC charging as the backup.

What chemical levels does the pool need to be at?

Operate the cleaner only with balanced water. Free chlorine should be at or below 4 ppm, pH between 7.2 and 7.8, total alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm, and salinity (for salt pools) within the standard residential range of 2,500 to 4,500 ppm. Do not run the cleaner during shock treatments. Wait at least 24 hours after a shock before running a cycle.

Does it work in saltwater pools?

Yes. This model is rated for both chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pools within standard residential salinity ranges. Salt does not damage the unit during normal operation. Always rinse with fresh water after each cycle to prevent salt buildup on external components and seals.

How often do I need to touch it?

Per WYBOT, about once a month in normal use: the S3 handles docking, recharging, and self-emptying between your visits. Check the 10 liter shore bin, rinse filter media as needed, and inspect the dock area when you do.

Should I take it out of the pool between cleanings?

This system is designed to stay deployed: the cleaner returns to its underwater solar dock between cycles and recharges there, and the F1 skimmer lives on the surface with a housing built to endure sun, rain, and chlorine. Lift the cleaner out periodically to rinse its filter and check the dock connections, and remove both units for winterization when the pool closes for the season.

What warranty applies, and where do I get service?

RoboticsSelect is an authorized WYBOT dealer, so warranty claims are handled directly through us. WYBOT covers the S3 with a 2-year manufacturer warranty; wear items such as filters, brushes, and rollers are excluded. Email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Keep the original packaging for the first 30 days in case a return is needed.
