Price Match Guarantee

At RoboticsSelect, you should never have to choose between the right product and the right price. We match competitor pricing on every product in our catalog, and for orders over $2,000, we will beat the lowest verified price by $50.

To request a price match, send a screenshot or link to support@roboticsselect.com showing the lower price at any authorized online retailer. We respond within one business day.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized dealer, the product must be in stock on their site, and the comparison includes shipping but excludes sales tax. Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and one-day holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Automobile Assembly Line solution simulate?

A scaled-down educational simulation of automotive assembly: a moving conveyor with car-body sample parts, multiple WLKATA arms positioned along the line representing different work stations (welding mock-up, parts placement, fastening), and a curriculum aligned to industrial automation training. It is a teaching tool, not a real automotive line.

Is it a single arm or multiple arms?

Multiple arms in coordination. The standard configuration includes 2 to 3 WLKATA arms working on the same conveyor line, each performing a different operation in sequence. This teaches multi-robot coordination, line-balancing concepts, and station-handoff timing. the core of real automotive automation engineering.

What programming knowledge is required to operate it?

Pre-built demonstrations require no programming. Customizing the operations or designing new line configurations requires Python and basic understanding of multi-robot coordination. Suitable for vocational technical students through engineering undergraduates depending on customization depth.

Can it teach actual production-line concepts?

Yes for the conceptual layer. Students learn line balancing, station handoff, parts feeding, and quality-control checkpoints. The physical scale (small parts on a small conveyor) does not match real automotive scale, but the principles transfer directly. Real production engineers have used this for orientation training before working on full-scale lines.

How big is the setup?

Approximately 2 m long conveyor, 1 m total depth including the arms and bins. Larger than the basic sorting line because of the multiple workstations. Fits in a standard high-school lab or industrial training room.

Does it integrate with PLCs or industrial communication protocols?

Yes. The included software exposes the line state through Modbus over TCP, the standard PLC communication protocol. Students can integrate the simulation with real PLC training stations to learn how robots and PLCs communicate in actual factories. Sample PLC programs are included.

Is curriculum included?

Yes. 16 lesson modules covering line design, station programming, multi-robot synchronization, quality control, and integration with PLCs. Suitable for a full semester of vocational automotive-automation training. Lesson plans align to common automotive industry training competencies.

What warranty applies?

12-month warranty on all hardware components. Curriculum updates provided free for 24 months. RoboticsSelect handles warranty service for the integrated solution.
