Price Match Guarantee

We match the lowest online price on the products we sell — and if you find a lower price on a product listed over $2,000, we will beat it by $50. Purchase from our store first, then send proof of the lower price (a screenshot, invoice, or email) to support@roboticsselect.com and we will refund the difference.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product with the item in stock on their website, must be online-only (no retail location), and cannot be a discounter or auction site such as eBay or Overstock. The comparison includes the item price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.

Rebates, buy-one-get-one offers, and special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday are not eligible. Certain exceptions may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Custom and made-to-order products are put into production for your specific order, so all sales are final on those items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard curbside delivery is always completely free. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days once shipped (estimated delivery 6-13 business days). All shipping times are estimates and can vary by brand, especially for made-to-order items.

Orders ship fully tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we email your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If tracking hasn't arrived within six business days of ordering, contact support@roboticsselect.com.

Upgraded delivery options are also available: Threshold Shipping brings the item onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery brings it into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removes all packaging.

We do not ship outside the USA, with limited exceptions — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we can deliver to it.

Financing Options

Split your purchase into 4 equal, biweekly payments at 0% APR with Shop Pay Installments — no hidden fees and no late fees. For larger orders, monthly installment plans may also be available, with rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR depending on your purchase amount and eligibility.

Approval is fast and real-time: Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm and gives you a decision in seconds at checkout. Checking your eligibility is a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and while there are no late fees, partial or late payments may affect your eligibility to use the program in the future.

To qualify, you need a United States billing address and a U.S. mobile phone number that can receive SMS. Prefer PayPal? Choose PayPal Pay Later at checkout to split eligible purchases into interest-free installments (subject to PayPal approval).

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Advanced Kit and the Core Kit?

The Advanced Kit includes the full Haro380 arm plus an extended end-effector set, educational accessories, and the AI voice control module. The Core Kit includes the arm and a smaller selection of essential end effectors without the voice control box. The Advanced Kit is built for educators and labs that want a complete platform; the Core Kit is for users who already own compatible end effectors or want a lower entry price.

Can the Haro380 really achieve 0.05 mm repeatability?

Yes, under specified conditions (rated 500 g payload, balanced joint loading, stable mounting). The harmonic drives at each joint eliminate backlash, which is the primary source of repeatability degradation in stepper-driven arms. Real-world repeatability varies with payload, speed, and ambient temperature; full-spec performance assumes lab-grade conditions.

Does the Haro380 work with Universal Robots URDF or industrial cobot software?

The Haro380 uses a WLKATA-specific URDF available through the ROS2 packages on GitHub. It does not natively support Universal Robots-specific protocols. Cross-platform development is feasible through ROS2 as a common abstraction layer. MATLAB Robotics Toolbox and Omniverse use the WLKATA URDF for digital twin work.

What's the maximum speed of the Haro380?

Maximum joint velocity is configurable in the WLKATA Lab software, typically up to several hundred degrees per second per joint. End-effector speed depends on joint configuration and trajectory. For high-precision tasks (0.05 mm work), reduce speed to maintain accuracy; for fast pick-and-place, speed up at the cost of slight repeatability degradation.

Can I use the Haro380 with my existing PLC system?

Yes. The Haro380 supports PLC automation, EtherCAT, and TCP Socket protocols out of the box. Integration into Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLC systems uses standard industrial protocols. The user manual includes wiring diagrams and protocol documentation.

Is the Haro380 safe to operate around students or in classroom environments?

The Haro380 includes overload and overheat protection circuits that pause the arm if abnormal load or temperature is detected. It is not a safety-rated collaborative robot (cobot) like Universal Robots or Franka; close proximity to humans requires standard lab safety practices (clear workspace, e-stop access, instructor supervision during operation). Speed and force can be limited in software for safer teaching.

What AI vision systems can I integrate with the Haro380?

The Haro380 works with WLKATA's OpenMV AI Vision Set and OpenCV Advanced Vision Suite directly. For custom integrations, the open Python API supports OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO, and any vision library that runs on a Python host. AI-Hub modules add gesture, voice, and Arduino-based AI control paths.

How do I switch between end effectors during a program?

The magnetic docking system supports manual tool changes (snap off, snap on) or programmed automatic tool changes if a tool rack is integrated into the workcell. Auto tool change requires positioning the arm over each tool, releasing the current effector to a holder, and engaging the next. WLKATA documentation includes sample tool-change code.

Is the WLKATA Lab software production-stable or still in alpha?

WLKATA Lab is currently in alpha release. Core motion control and Blockly programming are stable; advanced features are evolving based on community feedback via the WLKATA Discord. For production deployments, use the Python or C++ APIs directly rather than relying on alpha-software-specific features.

Can I rebuild or customize the Haro380 hardware?

The Haro380 is not designed for full disassembly like the MT4 (which is built for rebuild). Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty. STL 3D models for accessories, mounts, and end-effector adapters are available on GitHub for users to customize their workcell around the arm.

What additional protection do I get buying from RoboticsSelect as an authorized WLKATA dealer?

RoboticsSelect is an authorized WLKATA dealer, so the full 12-month manufacturer warranty applies to all Haro380 Advanced Kit purchases. Authorized dealer status ensures warranty claims are processed through verified channels and provides access to WLKATA's paid warranty extension program for institutional buyers who need multi-year coverage on classroom or lab deployments.
