You have 30 days from the date you receive an item to start a return — email support@roboticsselect.com or call (412) 415-7375. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

Inspect the package when it arrives: note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@roboticsselect.com within 24 hours — freight damage claims are not valid after 24 hours.

Overview

The TerraMow V1000 is a smart robotic lawn mower that cuts your grass for you, with no wires and no setup hassle. Instead of a buried boundary wire or a satellite antenna, it uses the TerraVision 2.0 triple-camera AI vision system to see your yard. It maps and mows your lawn on its own, and it works on lawns up to about 1,200 square meters, or roughly 0.3 acre.

Because it uses cameras and AI instead of RTK or GPS, there are no signal problems, even in shaded areas under trees. With one click, the V1000 maps your lawn, learns the boundaries, and starts mowing. It cuts in neat, straight lines and gets close to the edges, and it even backs into corners to finish them.

The V1000 is made for medium and larger home lawns up to about 0.3 acre. Because it needs no wire and no antenna, it is a great fit for complex yards with trees, planting beds, narrow paths, and odd shapes. It maps the whole lawn and cuts close to the edges.

Does the V1000 need a boundary wire?

No. The V1000 navigates with RTK GPS positioning at centimeter-level accuracy, updating its position 8 times per second. You define mowing boundaries and no-go zones digitally in the TerraMow app using satellite imagery or manual tracing, so adjusting the mowing area later takes minutes instead of re-laying wire. Ultrasonic and bump sensors handle obstacles the map does not cover.

How big a lawn can it handle, and does it manage slopes?

The V1000 is rated for lawns up to 1,000 square meters (roughly a quarter acre) and climbs slopes up to 20 degrees. It drives at a variable 0.4 to 0.9 meters per second, following planned paths around trees, garden beds, and other marked features.
