Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

How is the dual-camera system different from a single-camera model?

Single-camera systems estimate pool geometry from one viewpoint, which can produce errors at corners and in deeper water. The M2's dual cameras provide stereo vision: the AI compares both image streams to triangulate exact distances to walls and obstacles. This produces a more accurate pool map and better obstacle avoidance, especially around drain covers, ladders, and irregular pool shapes. The cameras are positioned for forward and downward coverage.

How big a pool can it handle?

Up to 16,000 gallons (60,600 liters) in a single cycle, which corresponds to roughly 2,000 to 2,500 square feet (230 m²) of pool surface depending on shape and depth. Pools larger than 16,000 gallons (60,600 liters) can be handled in two cycles with a charging break in between, or by selecting zone-cleaning mode in the app.

What is the runtime per charge?

120 to 150 minutes per full charge, depending on cleaning mode. Floor + walls + waterline runs near the 150-minute upper end. Floor-only mode runs about 110 to 130 minutes. Battery is a 5500mAh lithium-ion pack.

How long does it take to fully charge?

What does the 80-micron filter capture?

An 80-micron mesh filters most pool debris: leaves, grass, twigs, sand, fine silt, pollen, insect parts, and the bulk of free algae particles. Particles smaller than 80 microns (very fine algae spores, dissolved minerals) pass through and require chemical or sand-filter polishing. The 8-liter debris basket handles roughly 4 to 6 weeks of typical residential debris before needing emptying for most pools.

Does it really climb the walls?

Is it safe for vinyl-liner pools?

Yes. The drive system uses soft rubber tracks rated as vinyl-safe. The 280W motor delivers strong suction without grinding into the liner. Avoid running the M2 on freshly installed vinyl liners (under 30 days from install) since the liner is still settling and can be over-stretched by sustained suction in one area.

Does it work in saltwater pools?

Yes, rated for salt-chlorinated systems within standard residential salinity (2,500 to 4,500 ppm). The IPX8 sealing keeps salt water out of internal electronics. After every cycle, rinse the exterior with fresh water and dry the cameras to prevent salt crystallization on the lenses, which can degrade the AI's vision accuracy over time.

What happens when the cycle ends?

The M2 navigates to a pre-set parking position (by default, the shallow-end wall closest to where you started it) and powers down. The app sends a completion notification with a coverage report showing which areas were cleaned. You then lift it out using the included retrieval handle hooked onto the float line at the surface. The unit cannot exit the water on its own.

What is the warranty?

WYBOT covers the M2 Vision Tech under their 24-month limited warranty: motors and pump, internal electronics and PCB (against failures not caused by water ingress), the charging system, and the battery are all covered.
