Price Match Guarantee

At RoboticsSelect, you should never have to choose between the right product and the right price. We match competitor pricing on every product in our catalog, and for orders over $2,000, we will beat the lowest verified price by $50.

To request a price match, send a screenshot or link to support@roboticsselect.com showing the lower price at any authorized online retailer. We respond within one business day.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized dealer, the product must be in stock on their site, and the comparison includes shipping but excludes sales tax. Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and one-day holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the TerraMow V1000 different from the AirSeekers Tron?

Both are RTK-guided wireless robotic mowers with similar core capabilities. The TerraMow V1000 emphasizes vision-based navigation with deeper terrain modeling for sloped and complex yards. AirSeekers emphasizes pure RTK precision with a simpler perception stack. Either is appropriate for most residential yards; the TerraMow has an edge on slopes above 20 degrees and dense obstacle layouts.

How big a yard does it cover?

Rated for yards up to 1.5 acres on a single charge. Larger yards are handled by multi-session operation: the mower remembers covered areas and resumes after charging. For yards above 2 acres, two units operating in coordinated zones is more time-efficient than a single mower.

Does it require boundary wires or beacons?

No. RTK GPS provides centimeter-accurate positioning, and the cameras handle obstacle detection. Setup is a one-time perimeter walk with the remote. No physical boundary infrastructure to bury or maintain.

How well does it handle slopes and uneven ground?

Rated for slopes up to 27 degrees, slightly steeper than most competitors. The four-wheel drive system maintains traction on wet grass and packed dirt. Vision-based terrain modeling slows the mower on steep sections to maintain stability. Avoid mowing immediately after heavy rain on slopes above 20 degrees; soft soil can cause wheel slip.

What cutting heights and patterns are supported?

Cutting height adjusts 1 to 4 inches via the app. Three mowing patterns are available: parallel stripes, spiral, and random. Parallel stripes give the cleanest visual finish. Random pattern reduces wheel-track wear in the same lines. The blade assembly mulches by default; a side-discharge accessory is available separately.

Is there a mobile app, and does it require a subscription?

Yes mobile app, no subscription. iOS and Android. Setup, scheduling, real-time mower status, mow logs, and firmware updates are all in the app at no cost. The app communicates with the mower over Wi-Fi when in range or over cellular through the dock when not in range.

How does it handle pets, children, and obstacles?

Camera-based human and pet detection stops the mower at 1 meter (3.3 feet) distance. The blade has an instant-stop motor and a contact sensor. The collision bumper stops forward motion on physical contact. Supervise the first few mowing sessions to confirm the obstacle list is complete; after that, autonomous operation is generally safe with normal supervision.

How long does it run per charge and how long to charge?

Runtime is 2 to 3 hours per charge depending on grass density. Charging from empty in the included dock takes about 80 minutes. Battery life is rated for approximately 800 charge cycles before significant capacity loss, which corresponds to roughly 5 to 7 years of weekly operation in most climates.

Does it work in rain or extreme temperatures?

IPX5 rated, runs in light rain. Heavy rain triggers the rain sensor and the mower returns to the dock. Operating temperature 0 C (32 F) to 50 C (122 F). For winter storage in cold climates, store the unit indoors and remove the battery for separate storage at room temperature.

What is the cutting width and how long does a typical session take?

Cutting width is 11 inches per pass. A typical 0.5-acre lawn takes approximately 2 hours; 1 acre takes 3 to 4 hours. The mower drives at approximately 0.6 m/s during cutting. Multi-session operation handles larger yards by resuming where it left off after charging.

What is the warranty?

2-year manufacturer warranty on the body, 1 year on the battery. RoboticsSelect provides authorized warranty service. Damage from striking hard buried objects (rocks, sprinkler heads) is not covered; obstacles above ground level are tracked by the vision system.
