Price Match Guarantee

At RoboticsSelect, you should never have to choose between the right product and the right price. We match competitor pricing on every product in our catalog, and for orders over $2,000, we will beat the lowest verified price by $50.

To request a price match, send a screenshot or link to support@roboticsselect.com showing the lower price at any authorized online retailer. We respond within one business day.

A few requirements: the competitor must be an authorized dealer, the product must be in stock on their site, and the comparison includes shipping but excludes sales tax. Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and one-day holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Core Kit and the Advanced Kit?

The Core Kit includes the Haro380 arm and essential end-effector tooling for immediate operation. The Advanced Kit adds the AI voice control module, an extended end-effector collection, and educational accessories. Both share the same arm hardware and 0.05 mm precision. The Core Kit is positioned for buyers integrating into existing tool sets; the Advanced Kit suits buyers wanting a complete plug-and-play platform.

Can I add the voice control module or extra end effectors later?

Yes. WLKATA sells end effectors, AI Vision Sets, and accessories separately. Owners who start with the Core Kit can upgrade to Advanced Kit functionality by purchasing the voice control module and end-effector set later. Costs typically exceed the Advanced Kit price difference, so consider total cost if you plan to add multiple accessories.

Does the Core Kit include enough to start working immediately?

Yes. The Core Kit ships with the arm, essential gripper or basic tooling, base plate, power adapter, and software access. You can run sample programs, perform basic pick-and-place, and explore programming in Blockly or Python out of the box. The Advanced Kit's additional tooling expands capability rather than enabling first-time use.

Is the precision specification the same as the Advanced Kit?

Yes. The 0.05 mm repeatability, 500 g rated payload, 434 mm reach, and 6+1 DoF kinematics are identical. WLKATA does not differentiate the arm performance between Core and Advanced Kits.

What end effectors are compatible with the Haro380?

WLKATA offers two-finger grippers, three-finger soft grippers, vacuum suction cups, pneumatic dispensing tools, laser engravers, pen holders, and electromagnetic grippers. All use the magnetic docking interface. Custom end effectors can be designed using the STL models from the WLKATA GitHub repository.

Can I integrate the Haro380 Core Kit with my existing Universal Robots or Franka setup?

The Haro380 uses its own URDF and API. Cross-platform integration is typically achieved through ROS2 as a common abstraction layer. The Haro380 cannot directly use UR or Franka proprietary protocols, but ROS2 packages from WLKATA's GitHub enable interoperability for research and development purposes.

How does the Haro380 Core Kit compare to the Mirobot Advanced Kit?

The Haro380 delivers 0.05 mm repeatability (Mirobot: 0.2 mm) and supports industrial protocols (PLC, EtherCAT) that the Mirobot does not. The Mirobot Advanced Kit, however, ships with a broader education-focused accessory set including AI voice control, more end effectors, and educational resources. Choose the Haro380 for precision; choose the Mirobot Advanced for breadth of educational tooling.

Does the Haro380 support ROS1 (Noetic) or only ROS2?

WLKATA's GitHub packages target ROS2 for the Haro380. Mirobot has older ROS1 (Kinetic and Noetic) support, but Haro380 development focuses on ROS2 going forward. For ROS1 users, custom adaptation work is required.

What programming languages can students learn on the Core Kit?

The same as the Advanced Kit: Blockly (visual/graphical), Python (intermediate), C and C++ (advanced), G-code (CAM workflows), and integration via MATLAB. Curriculum progression typically moves from Blockly to Python over a semester.

Can the Core Kit be rebuilt or disassembled for learning purposes?

The Haro380 is not designed for full disassembly (unlike the MT4, which is built for rebuild). Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty. STL models for accessories and mounts are available on GitHub for customization of the workcell around the arm.

What additional protection do I get buying from RoboticsSelect as an authorized WLKATA dealer?

RoboticsSelect is an authorized WLKATA dealer, so the full 12-month manufacturer warranty applies to all Haro380 Core Kit purchases. Authorized dealer status ensures warranty claims are processed through verified channels and provides access to WLKATA's paid warranty extension program for institutional buyers.
