Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Certain manufacturers impose stricter return terms on specialty robotics hardware; the specific policy for each product is listed on its product page.

To start a return, email support@roboticsselect.com with your order number and the reason. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.

Damaged-on-arrival and defective units qualify for free return shipping and full refunds. Elective returns (changed your mind, wrong model) are subject to manufacturer restocking fees ranging from 0% to 25% and customer-paid return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

Every product ships free to the 48 contiguous United States with no order minimum, including oversized and heavy items.

Smaller items (robotic kits, accessories, pool skimmers) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with email tracking sent at dispatch.

Larger items (robotic lawn mowers, humanoid and quadruped robots) ship via LTL freight on pallets. The freight carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window, Monday through Friday. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only; drivers will not move the product into your home, garage, or yard.

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing: this is critical for processing freight claims if needed.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included in standard free shipping. Email support@roboticsselect.com for a custom quote to these destinations.

Which Beatbot models is this filter basket compatible with?

The original AquaSense, AquaSense Pro, and the AquaSense 2. Not compatible with the AquaSense 2 Pro or the AquaSense 2 Ultra (those use a different dual-basket design). Confirm your model number on the unit's underside before ordering.

How often should I replace the filter basket?

The basket itself is reusable; rinse it after every cleaning cycle and inspect for damage. Replace if the mesh tears or the latch breaks. Most users replace once every 12 to 24 months depending on debris load. The mesh material doesn't degrade under chlorine but heavy debris (sharp leaves, sand) can wear the latch over years.

Is this a different filter than the one that came with my unit?

No, it is the same factory filter basket. Sold as a replacement or as a second basket so you can swap a clean one in immediately while rinsing the dirty one. Convenient for owners running back-to-back cleaning cycles during heavy debris seasons.

How do I install it?

Open the top compartment of the AquaSense, lift out the existing basket, and snap the new one in place. The basket is keyed so it only fits one orientation. Installation takes under 30 seconds. No tools required.

Does it filter algae particles or just larger debris?

It filters debris down to approximately 200 microns including most algae particles, sand, and small leaves. For very fine particle filtration (silt, clay) the AquaRefine clarifier kit (sold separately) adds a chemical-flocculation stage that captures sub-micron particles.
