Some brands set their own return terms, and the brand-specific policy on the product page overrides the general 30-day window; if the manufacturer will not permit a return, we cannot offer one.

Outright returns after shipment incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping, and manufacturer restocking fees (usually around 20%) may also apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds go to your original payment method and are processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned product.

What chemical levels does the pool need to be at?

Operate the cleaner only with balanced water. Free chlorine should be at or below 4 ppm, pH between 7.2 and 7.8, total alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm, and salinity (for salt pools) within the standard residential range of 2,500 to 4,500 ppm. Do not run the cleaner during shock treatments. Wait at least 24 hours after a shock before running a cycle.

Does it work in saltwater pools?

Yes. This model is rated for both chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pools within standard residential salinity ranges. Salt does not damage the unit during normal operation. Always rinse with fresh water after each cycle to prevent salt buildup on external components and seals.

How often do the filters need cleaning?

Rinse the cleaner's filter after every cycle and empty the F1's 7 liter basket as it fills, more often in storm or pollen season. Both rinse out under a garden hose in about a minute. Replace filter media every 12 to 24 months depending on use.

Should I leave the robots in the pool all the time?
