Roborock is a home-robotics company founded in July 2014 by Richard Chang, headquartered in Beijing and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market since February 2020. Its robot vacuums are sold in more than 170 countries, and IDC's 2025 tracker ranked Roborock the world's No. 1 smart cleaning robot brand with a 17.7 percent global share. RoboticsSelect carries the brand's full US robot vacuum range - more than 30 models across the Saros, Qrevo, QV, Q, and S series, from $159.99 value models to the arm-equipped Saros Z70 flagship.
What makes Roborock different
Roborock has spent a decade turning robot vacuums from novelties into appliances. Its first product in 2016 helped make LiDAR laser navigation with real-time SLAM mapping the industry standard, and the pattern has repeated since: sonic vibration mopping with automatic mop lifting on the S7 in 2021, the industry-first AdaptiLift chassis at IFA 2024 - independently adjustable wheels that raise the robot and climb stacked thresholds up to 4 cm - and at CES 2025 the Saros Z70, the world's first mass-produced robot vacuum with a foldable five-axis OmniGrip arm that picks up socks, sandals, and light clutter mid-clean.
The current lineup runs that innovation down every price tier. StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 replaces the traditional LiDAR turret on flagship Saros models with dual-transmitter solid-state sensing and AI camera recognition of over 100 obstacle types, enabling bodies slim enough to clean under low furniture. HyperForce suction reaches 25,000 Pa on the Qrevo Edge 2, anti-tangle brush systems cut pet hair off the rollers as they spin, and self-maintaining docks wash mops with hot water, dry them with warm air, empty dust bins for weeks at a time, and on Refill & Drainage models plumb directly into your water lines. Founded in July 2014 by Richard Chang and listed on the Shanghai STAR Market since 2020, Roborock was named the world's No. 1 smart cleaning robot brand in IDC's 2025 tracker, with more than 25 million robot vacuums sold.
