Elephant Robotics Arm Comparison
Elephant Robotics' catalog at RoboticsSelect is less a ladder of similar arms and more a set of complementary tools: a leader arm for collecting demonstration data, an execution arm that replays it, a wearable exoskeleton for dual-arm control, a mobile manipulation platform, and turnkey classroom cells. This guide compares the five core platforms using specifications from the manufacturer's official documentation, so you can see which combination fits your lab or classroom. Prices shown are current store prices; quote-only kits are marked.
All models below are from a single manufacturer. RoboticsSelect is an authorized dealer; specifications come from the manufacturer's official documentation.

The pattern to notice: the C650 and M750 are two halves of one system. Move the C650 leader arm by hand and the M750 follower mirrors it while the trajectory is recorded - the standard pipeline for training imitation-learning policies. The S570 exoskeleton scales the same idea to dual-arm control and also pairs with the wider myCobot family (280, 320, Pro 630) and other ROS 2 robots.
Two more institutional kits are available through our quote process: the Compound Robot Intelligent Logistics Kit ($3,299), a warehouse-automation teaching cell with barcode-driven picking scenarios, and the Portable AI Educational WorkStation ($3,199), a rolling pre-configured AI classroom for grades 6-12.
Which Elephant Robotics platform should you buy?
myArm C650
$859.00Choose this if you are building an imitation-learning or teleoperation pipeline. It is the leader device: ergonomic, with a fingertip controller and two smart buttons, streaming endpoint coordinates or joint angles at 50 Hz to whatever follower robot you pair it with. On its own it is a data collector, not a manipulator.
myArm M750
$1,999.00Choose this if you need the execution side: a 6-DoF desktop arm with 750 mm reach, 500 g rated payload (1 kg max), and an included parallel gripper. Pair it with a C650 for leader-follower training, or run it standalone through Python and ROS for pick-and-place and vision projects.
myController S570
$1,299.00Choose this if your research is bimanual. The wearable exoskeleton tracks both of your arms - 12 DoF total with 4096-resolution encoders sampling up to 100 Hz, plus joysticks and an LCD - and streams motion to dual-arm robot setups through Python or ROS. It is the fastest route to natural two-arm demonstration data.
LIMO Cobot
$4,499.00Choose this if you want mobile manipulation in one box: an AgileX LIMO PRO base with four steering modes, LiDAR, depth camera, and Jetson Orin Nano, topped with a myCobot 280 arm. SLAM, Nav2 navigation, and MoveIt come pre-integrated - a semester-ready platform for fetch-and-carry research.
UltraArm Conveyor Belt Kit
$2,699.00Choose this if you teach automation concepts. The turnkey cell sorts objects by color and shape out of the box, then lets students capture training images and teach it new object classes in 15 to 30 minutes - a complete data-to-deployment loop on a classroom desk. Available through our quote process.
Elephant Robotics comparison FAQs
What do I need for a complete imitation-learning setup?
The minimal single-arm pipeline is a C650 (leader) plus an M750 (follower): demonstrate tasks by hand, record trajectories, then train behavioral-cloning or diffusion policies on the demonstrations. For bimanual work, substitute the S570 exoskeleton as the leader and drive two execution arms. Most users record 20 to 100 demonstrations per task, typically adding a wrist camera for vision-conditioned policies.
Are these industrial robots?
No - they are education, research, and prototyping platforms, and honestly positioned as such. Payloads sit in the hundreds of grams and repeatability is classroom-grade, which is exactly right for coursework, thesis research, and concept validation. If a project graduates to production requirements, the skills and ROS code transfer to industrial-grade cobots.
How do quote-only kits and warranty work at RoboticsSelect?
